Guangzhou Rail Transit Equipment Innovation Park is a specialized industrial accelerator established by BPG based on the needs of urban rail transit customers and system general contracting projects. It leverages BPG's leadership as an urban rail transit power supply system leader to synergize Party-building, market, industrial, technology, and talent resources. The park aims to further integrate resources, promote innovation, complement each other's strengths, and jointly build an industrial ecosystem and a shared industrial circle. It is dedicated to creating a distinctive rail transit equipment industrial cluster. In December 2020, the park was successfully included in the recommended pilot parks for the improvement and efficiency enhancement of Guangzhou's industrial parks. In 2021, it was certified as a characteristic industrial park in Guangzhou.
BPG Incubator designated in 2018 as a "China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Achievement Transformation Base" by China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair Office. The BPG CIEF Base regularly holds technology achievement-conversion and technical-exchange matching events, with nearly 50 annual cumulative matching achievements. It enabling the exchange of technology, market and talent among upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, and promotes the further aggregation of resources, integration of innovation and complementary advantages among enterprises in the ecosystem, jointly building a shared ecosystem of collaborative industrial chains.
The Staff Reading Room of BPG Technology Building is an important part and integral component of the Guangdong Province’s model workers' home and the key construction project of the Workers' Home Demonstration Point of the Guangzhou Federation of Trade Unions. It also operates as the Guangzhou Baiyun District Library service point of the Baiyun District Library of Guangzhou City. The Staff Reading Room mainly serves the high-tech enterprises and management and scientific research talents gathered in the building from different industries, and while radiating all the enterprise workers in the Minke Science and Technology Park. It is committed to establishing a research-characteristic cultural exchange platform and information resource repository. Sharing library with a strong scientific research feature.
BPG Incubator prioritizes corporate compliance governance with its strategic objective of "steadily promoting the establishment of the enterprise's compliance system and building a compliance cornerstone for sustainable enterprise development", regarding compliance governance as the focus. Based on this tone, the incubator has transformed its public exhibition hall into a "Guangdong Province Science and Technology Popularization of Law Public Welfare Station", actively leveraging it for popularizing law through science and technology. Through a series of training activities, it safeguards the high-quality, law-abiding, and compliant development of the ecosystem and its affiliated industrial companies.
It was jointly built by the Union Federation of BPG Technology Building and the Union Joint Committee of the Private Science and Technology Park of Guangzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone under the guidance and support of the Guangzhou Federation of Trade Unions and the Baiyun District Federation of Trade Unions. It is the first outdoor workers' union love station in the Private Science and Technology Park, and also the first building union federation love station and the first national-level science and technology incubator love station in Baiyun District. The Union Love Station is equipped with complete supporting facilities, aiming to further care for and show concern for the vast number of outdoor workers, provide good services for front-line workers, promote the social atmosphere of respecting labor, and advance the construction of spiritual civilization.
