Project Background

With the development of urbanization and the planning of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Guangzhou rail transit industry is booming. As of June 2021, Guangzhou Metro Group has operated 19 lines with a total length of 676.5km, and 825.7km of lines under construction and planning. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power supply system, the traditional equipment operation and maintenance needs a large number of professional and technical personnel. The rapid growth of the line leads to a huge gap of technical personnel, and the high labor cost also restricts the sustainable development of rail transit.


Project Challenges

Due to the lack of predictability of equipment and system faults in the traditional planned maintenance mode, the maintenance work is lack of pertinence and is of low efficiency. On the other hand, a large number of valuable operation data have not been collected and effectively utilized, and the data with great potential is in front of us and cannot be brought into full play.

 


Our Solution

In view of the above problems, Baiyun Power Group has proposed the solution of intelligent operation and maintenance management system for power supply life cycle of urban rail transit. Based on DC 1500V traction system, the centralized power supply system of urban rail transit carries out on-line monitoring of electrical quantity, mechanical quantity, noise, temperature, vibration and other characteristic parameters, and provides on-line monitoring of equipment operation status, trend analysis, equipment health status evaluation, fault early warning, 3D fault location, maintenance strategy and other application functions to change the original operation and maintenance mode of the equipment.
