On March 3, 2019, the Department of Communications of Guangdong Province issued the work plan for comprehensively promoting the construction and use of port power in Guangdong Province (2019-2021), and Guangdong Energy Group Co., Ltd. issued the coastal power construction and development planning document, which made a plan on the port power construction.

Jinghai Power Generation Company plans to build a set of shore power system at the coal wharf. The project needs to meet the power supply requirements of two berths. There is no coastal coal wharf on site, so the environment is harsh and the requirements for equipment anti-corrosion and antifouling are high.

The shore base part of the shore power system adopts the electric room scheme, equipped with intelligent environmental monitoring system, reserved high-voltage shore power outlet and mobile cable lifting device to meet the needs of double berths.
