Guangzhou Accelerator Industrial Park is one of the ten key projects of "three promotion and one maintenance" in Guangzhou Development Zone. The Accelerator Industrial Park has also invested in the construction of information platform, but it is not systematic and hasn’t formed a unified integrated monitoring platform, and the level of intelligence is insufficient, which does not play a great role in the daily operation and maintenance inspection of our customer. Before construction of the information-based unified monitoring platform, the customer needs to invest a professional operation and maintenance team of at least 10 people every day to be responsible for the management of various professional systems. However, due to the large park and many systems involved, the operation and maintenance efficiency is low, and the response is not timely after the accident.

How to realize intelligent operation and maintenance inspection, reduce operation and maintenance cost investment, improve the efficiency and response speed of operation and maintenance inspection, and even respond in advance before the accident has become the core demand of our customer.

Through the establishment of intelligent operation management platform in the park, centralized monitoring and management of power distribution, water supply and drainage, elevator, firefighting and other equipment of 34 buildings are realized.
