Project Background

Guangzhou Accelerator Industrial Park is one of the ten key projects of "three promotion and one maintenance" in Guangzhou Development Zone. The project is located at No. 11, Kaiyuan Avenue, Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, with a total planned land of about 280,000 square meters, a total construction area of about 700,000 square meters and 34 buildings. The power distribution, water supply and drainage, elevator, fire control, property management and other professional systems in the industrial park are independent of each other, and the information island is serious. A lot of human and material resources need to be input every day to ensure the stable operation of various professional systems.


Project Challenges

The Accelerator Industrial Park has also invested in the construction of information platform, but it is not systematic and hasn’t formed a unified integrated monitoring platform, and the level of intelligence is insufficient, which does not play a great role in the daily operation and maintenance inspection of our customer. Before construction of the information-based unified monitoring platform, the customer needs to invest a professional operation and maintenance team of at least 10 people every day to be responsible for the management of various professional systems. However, due to the large park and many systems involved, the operation and maintenance efficiency is low, and the response is not timely after the accident.


How to realize intelligent operation and maintenance inspection, reduce operation and maintenance cost investment, improve the efficiency and response speed of operation and maintenance inspection, and even respond in advance before the accident has become the core demand of our customer.
