Project Background

Focusing on smart production, smart products and smart participation, Baiyun switchgear digital factory constructs a new value network driven by data insight, applies a new intelligent manufacturing mode of distribution equipment based on full life cycle management, and constructs a green digital production base of intelligent distribution equipment.


Our Solution

Through the implementation of ERP, optimize business processes, integrate internal and external supply chains, promote production, supply and marketing coordination, MRP planning and financial business integration.

By building a production execution system(MES) to start an operation command center, integrate the planning system to realize the integration of production and marketing coordination, main production, component prediction plan and other plans, ensure the correct production at the right time, and effectively balance the delivery date, parts inventory and configuration; build an integrated design process manufacturing platform as the source data to realize the settlement based on MBD collaboration between structured process planning and tooling design.

Deploy automatic equipment such as flexible sheet metal automatic processing line, robot cabinet assembly, copper bar automatic processing line and harness automatic processing line to realize machine replacement and replace the manual labor of repeated machinery.

Through the seamless integration of PLM, ERP, MES, WMS systems and automation equipment, build an interconnected and perceived digital factory.

Through the two-way virtual real mapping and real-time interaction between physical factory and virtual factory, the integration of all elements, whole process and main monitoring data of physical workshop and virtual workshop are realized.
