The MCS-SST integrates multiple core technologies, achieving remarkable breakthroughs: a 25% reduction in overall footprint, a 61% increase in volumetric power density, and a 35% decrease in overall costs. Hot Topic at the Exhibition: Four Major Solution Zones Draw High Traffic and Buzz
At the exhibition, WG Energy's four major solution zones featured live demonstrations centered on the SST. These included PV-storage-charging solutions for multi-scenario applications, integrated solutions for high-speed service areas, efficient charging solutions for electric heavy-duty trucks, and MW-level flash-charging solutions. Each zone attracted a large number of professional visitors who stopped to engage in discussions and exchanges.
PV-Storage-Charging Solution Zone: redefining the New Standard for Charging. Centered around the SST, this zone showcased a reimagined ultra-fast hybrid charging station. Featuring an all-DC bus architecture and fully electronic direct connection, the system enables highly efficient coordination between PV generation, energy storage, and charging. This innovative approach delivers a completely new "four-extreme" charging experience—extreme comprehensiveness, extreme simplicity, extreme speed, and extreme efficiency.

High-Speed Service Area Integrated Solution Zone: Flexible Interconnected Service Areas Centered on SST. This solution leverages SST to achieve flexible interconnection between service areas. It enables 10 kV feeder interconnection between bidirectional service areas, allowing real-time sharing of capacity on both sides. This effectively addresses the issue of insufficient capacity caused by fluctuating charging demands, comprehensively enhances the service capabilities of service areas, improves power supply reliability, and increases the utilization of distributed energy resources. With a green electricity self-sufficiency rate exceeding 50%, this solution drives the transformation of highway networks from mere "passageways" into "zero-carbon economic corridors." It is projected to save 28,000 tons of standard coal annually, providing tangible support for energy conservation and carbon reduction efforts.

Electric Heavy-Duty Truck Efficient Charging Solution Zone: leveraging SST at its core, this solution achieves a comprehensive upgrade in the infrastructure for heavy-duty truck scenarios. It integrates medium-voltage grid access with transformer and rectifier functions through a unified design. The charging module adopts a single-stage topology, offering high efficiency, low cost, and exceptional reliability, with peak charging efficiency reaching up to 97.5%. Taking a 2 MW charging station as an example, a single 400 kW charging pile can deliver a daily average charging capacity of 3,000 kWh. This translates to estimated annual electricity cost savings of approximately 155,000 RMB (based on an average electricity price of 0.6 RMB/kWh), making it both economically and operationally efficient.

MW-Level Flash Charging Solution Zone: looking toward the future, we have launched the MCS-MW Flash Charging Solution based on SST technology. With an output range of DC 200 V–1000 V, it enables direct grid-to-battery charging and is compatible with diverse scenarios such as heavy-duty trucks, ships, and aviation. The system supports a maximum charging power of 1.5 MW per unit, truly achieving 100 kilometers of range in just 1 minute. Utilizing the SST direct-connection architecture, it delivers an exceptional charging efficiency of up to 98%.

Ecosystem Collaboration: Forging Strategic Partnerships to Co-Create a New Energy Future
At this exhibition, WG Energy also entered into strategic cooperation agreements with numerous enterprises across the industrial chain, marking a critical step forward in the company’s ecosystem layout for the SST industry. This collaboration will enable WG Energy to provide comprehensive, multi-scenario, and end-to-end solutions to its ecosystem partners, contributing to the construction of a more efficient, flexible, and economical smart energy network.
