Targeting CCS and MCS charging scenarios for electric vehicles, WG Energy has launched a direct-connected ultra-fast charging matrix based on its electric energy router. The router utilizes SST technology to replace traditional transformers and converter device, achieving full-chain power electronification. This provides users with a "four-ultimate" charging experience: ultimate comprehensiveness, ultimate simplicity, ultimate speed, and ultimate efficiency.
Ultimate Comprehensiveness: Featuring integrated conversion-storage-charging and electromechanical split designs, it offers a full range of functions and supports all vehicle models;
Ultimate Simplicity: With modular, high-frequency, and DC-oriented design, it saves 15% in land occupation, reduces grid capacity usage by 20%, and decreases transformer and conversion device capacity by 38%;
Ultimate Speed: Supporting MW-level charging, it truly achieves 100 kilometers of range per minute of charging. Future-ready by design, it delivers an ultra-fast charging experience;
Ultimate Efficiency: Replacing copper with silicon, it eliminates no-load losses. The system achieves a maximum efficiency of 97.5%, representing an improvement of over 5% compared to traditional AC solutions.

WG Energy's self-developed SST, based on hybrid three-level economical compact topology technology, not only reduces costs by over 50% but also achieves a maximum efficiency of up to 98.5%. It provides more efficient and reliable solutions for scenarios such as AC/DC hybrid distribution networks, flexible interconnection, electric vehicle ultra-fast charging, and energy storage.

"Intelligent & Efficient" — Grid-Forming String PCS
The 210kW grid-forming string PCS showcased at WG Energy's booth integrates high reliability, efficient energy conversion, strong grid-connected adaptability, an intelligent management platform, and safe and reliable design into one unit, achieving a conversion efficiency of up to 99%. It is a high-performance power conversion core device specifically designed for application scenarios such as commercial and industrial energy storage, integrated PV-storage systems, and microgrids.

Efficient Energy Conversion: This PCS utilizes a three-level topology and high-frequency PWM control technology, achieving a maximum conversion efficiency of up to 99%, which significantly reduces system energy consumption. It supports bidirectional power flow, enabling seamless switching between charging and discharging with a response time of less than 10ms, meeting various application requirements such as frequency regulation and peak load shifting.
Strong Grid-Connected Adaptability: It complies with the grid connection standards of multiple countries and features grid-connected functions such as High/ Low Voltage Ride Through (HVRT/ LVRT), reactive power support, and voltage regulation. This enables it to adapt broadly to complex grid environments and dynamic fluctuations.
Intelligent Management Platform: The PCS features an embedded EMS interface, supporting seamless integration with the WG Cloud platform. This enables remote monitoring, intelligent alerts, operational data tracking, and remote upgrades, enhancing operation and maintenance efficiency while reducing manual intervention.
Safe and Reliable Design: It features multiple protection mechanisms including overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and overtemperature protection. Key components are sourced from leading international brands. The entire unit has obtained multiple certifications such as CE and UL, and is designed to operate in environments ranging from -30°C to +55°C, ensuring long-term stable system operation.

"Globally Adaptive" — International Version Distributed Energy Storage Cabinet
Targeting overseas energy storage application scenarios, WG Energy has launched the globally adaptive international version distributed energy storage cabinet, the E³Stack-C1000-261. It features a self-developed string-type grid-forming PCS to support stable grid operation; integrates wind, solar, and storage to enhance the utilization rate of renewable energy; adopts a three-phase four-wire connection method, enabling off-grid load operation without the need for a transformer. It mitigates voltage limit violations through active and reactive power management, supports parallel operation of multiple cabinets for flexible capacity expansion, and provides 100% active management of three-phase imbalance. The system can quickly achieve grid-connected to off-grid switching and off-grid operation, enhancing the user experience.

"Highly Integrated" — 5MW String PCS Converter-Booster Integrated Unit
The exhibition also prominently featured the latest R&D achievement, the 5MW string PCS converter-booster integrated unit, marking a new stage of efficient and intelligent energy storage system integration. This unit integrates the conversion, boosting, protection, and communication systems into a highly integrated design, significantly reducing on-site installation work and system footprint, while greatly enhancing system reliability and operational efficiency.

WG Energy's 5MW string PCS converter-booster integrated unit utilizes advanced three-level topology technology, enabling hybrid synchronous control, multi-unit virtual impedance parallel connection, module collaborative control technology, and stable operation of multiple units in parallel, providing grid-forming capabilities. The product features active grid support functions such as reactive power voltage regulation, primary frequency control, inertial response, damping support, black start, and dynamic reactive power support. Its modular design facilitates future capacity expansion and rapid maintenance, while the built-in intelligent monitoring system supports remote diagnostics and optimization, helping users achieve cost optimization throughout the entire lifecycle.
In addition, this integrated machine is adapted to mainstream global grid standards, possessing strong grid-connected adaptability and power quality control capabilities, making it an ideal solution for large-scale centralized energy storage power stations.
