As we reflect on 2025, the concluding year of China’s 14th Five-Year Plan, BPG has steadfastly adhered to its operating philosophy of "Strategy-Driven Leadership, Progress through Stability, Integrated Innovation, and Strengthening Foundations for Quality Growth." Navigating profound market shifts with resilience and leading amid industry transformations, BPG marked its 46th year of pioneering endeavor. Over the course of the year, we implemented multiple initiatives to drive the comprehensive development of BPG’s operations:
We adhered to strategic leadership to define our development path. By convening the BPG 2024-2025 Industrial Annual Conference, the 2025 Mid-Year Business Review Meeting, and the "16th Five-Year Plan" Development Strategy and 2026 Business Planning Seminar, we formulated a long-term blueprint for growth, providing clear direction for the BPG’s operations throughout the year.
We focused on technological innovation to develop cutting-edge products. Our flexible DC converter valves, SST, and relay protection technology for rail transit DC traction systems have reached world-leading standards. Multiple breakthrough achievements were made in high-power power supply systems for nuclear fusion, while flexible power supply products for electric arc furnaces entered overseas markets. In the field of aerogel materials, we launched the world’s first renewable energy battery insulation product capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1300°C. These solid strides in technological breakthroughs and product innovation have injected strong momentum into our business growth.
We developed benchmark projects and refined integrated solutions. By creating “Industry & Integrated Energy” solutions, we empowered key clients in energy-intensive sectors across the entire value chain—from generation, grid, and load to storage—with full-process capabilities. We established a “High-Efficiency, Fast-Deployment, Cost-Effective” distributed energy delivery platform, driving the implementation of projects such as the integrated energy system for Nanping Aluminum, the renovation and upgrading of Baiyun International Convention Center, and the Integrated PV, Storage, DC, Flexible Control & Charging system at BPG Technology Building. These multi-scenario application demonstrations provide benchmark models for industry advancement.
We accelerated our global expansion and strengthened our international presence. We established an International Development Committee to advance the construction of our joint venture in Malaysia and the representative office in Indonesia, while expanding into the transformer market in North America and the standalone energy storage market in Europe. The localized manufacturing facility for the Saudi flexible DC transmission project has officially commenced operations. Furthermore, we co-organized the 2025 Guangzhou Greater Bay Area International Rail Transit Industry Exhibition. BPG and its subsidiaries showcased high-quality products and solutions at leading international exhibitions, including SNEC, Intersolar Europe 2025, Asian Power, The Battery Show Europe, and Middle East Energy, demonstrating BPG’s technological strength to the world.
We drove quality and efficiency improvements while optimizing our operational model. We launched the EHR system, implemented data integration and digitalization initiatives, established a unified technology middle platform, standardized material coding, and built a robust supply chain system. At our Nanjing base, the domestically developed intelligent assembly line officially commenced operations. The high-end intelligent industrialization project for UHV and EHV insulator products successfully started operation, and the new winding workshop for advanced materials was put into production smoothly. Through these multi-dimensional efforts, we significantly enhanced production and operational efficiency.
We deepened ecosystem collaboration and fostered win-win partnerships. BPG and its subsidiaries signed strategic cooperation framework agreements with the Nanjing Municipal Government, Guangdong Energy Group, and Guangzhou Metro Design & Research Institute. We also engaged in in-depth collaborations with JD Industry and Fengcai E-Link to enhance the Baiyun Mall platform. Furthermore, we initiated the establishment of the Baiyun District Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction Association, uniting ecosystem partners to jointly build an open and mutually beneficial new landscape.
We gained recognition from various sectors, underscoring our corporate value. BPG and its affiliated companies were listed among China’s Top 100 Electrical Industry Enterprises, Top 10 Industry Leaders, and Top 10 Green and Low-Carbon Solution Providers. We were also honored as a “Guangdong Provincial Advanced Collective”. Additionally, we established the Contact Point for Deputy to the Guangzhou Municipal People's Congress on New Energy and Advanced Energy Storage Industries, served as a Corporate Liaison for Administrative Law Enforcement Supervision under the Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government, and were designated as a Local Legislative Outreach Office for Guangzhou Municipal Government. The BPG Technology Building was recognized as a Green Energy Sci-Tech Innovation Industry Building (Pilot) and included as an associated project in Guangzhou’s “Ten Benchmark Application Scenarios for New Smart City and Urban Infrastructure Development.” These accolades serve as motivation for us to strive continuously forward.

Yangxin Intelligent Technology Company successfully provided a comprehensive power system upgrade and full-cycle power supply guarantee for the Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center during the 15th National Games of the People's Republic of China. The company has been recognized for its outstanding technological innovation capabilities, achieving the following distinctions: ranked among the Top 300 in the 2025 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area High-Value Intellectual Property Cultivation & Layout Competition; awarded third prize in the 14th China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition (Guangzhou Division); awarded third prize in the "Chuyun Cup" Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition. Furthermore, the company's independently developed system platform has been selected for inclusion in both the Outstanding Cases of Digital Industrialization and Industrial Digitalization among Guangdong Private Enterprises and the Guangzhou Green Technology Promotion Catalog.
Yungu Digital Technology Company has successfully completed the acceptance of the Shifei International Smart Manufacturing System project, setting a benchmark for digital intelligence in the beauty industry. The company also contributed to the successful acceptance of the China Construction Science and Industry Digital Energy Factory project. For its achievements, the company was honored with the title of "Digital-Intelligence Integration Benchmark" in the 2024 Outstanding Innovation and Development Enterprises of the Mechanical Industry.
Digital Energy Company has achieved breakthroughs in equipment-level power grid AI model R&D, iterated on key technologies for station-level equipment monitoring and diagnostics, and established an integrated cloud-based control and optimization platform as well as a production line-level real-time carbon measurement platform. The company has successfully implemented projects including renewable energy monitoring in Xinjiang, intelligent production line upgrades at Xilin Iron & Steel, ACF circuit breaker monitoring for CSG, and intelligent transformation projects in Shuangyashan.
In the power electronics business unit, technological innovation has delivered a series of breakthroughs, continuously setting new industry benchmarks.
Rongxin Huiko Company has successfully developed the industry's first high-power IGCT-based high-overload modular commutated converter equipment, the first flexible DC converter valve based on 6.5 kV/8 kA IGCT, and flexible DC converter valve equipment for the Yangjiang Qingzhou Offshore Wind Power Project. The company also completed the acceptance of the R&D project for an "18 MW Grid-Forming Phase-Change Cooling Offshore Wind Power Converter" and officially commissioned the first overseas project of its flexible power supply system for electric arc furnaces. Additionally, it secured contracts for the flexible DC converter valve equipment for the West Inner Mongolia-Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei UHV Transmission Project, as well as nuclear fusion projects including the "Stellarator" power supply system and the Comprehensive R&D Platform for Fusion Reactor Nuclear-Related Key Technologies.
Weiguang Energy Company has achieved international leading level in the key technology of solid-state transformers as confirmed by scientific and technological achievement appraisal. The company has launched the construction of China's first demonstration project for a megawatt-level digital DC microgrid station with mutual support capabilities in high-speed service areas. It has successfully delivered the first set of solid-state transformers and supporting energy storage equipment in Northwest China. Additionally, the company has shipped a smart cluster project of PV-storage-charging DC microgrids based on power routers to the Netherlands and completed the construction of the world's first solid-state transformer production base, which has commenced operations in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province.
In the renewable energy business segment, market expansion has advanced vigorously with strong momentum.
Nanjing Electric Engineering Company has won the EPC turnkey contract for the energy storage system supporting the Longtoushan Town hybrid PV power station. The company has successfully completed the 50 MW wind power project in Taihuangshan Mountain, Wushan County, and the 30 MW wind power project in Longbaoshan, Shiqian County. It has been honored with the distinction of "Outstanding Developer/EPC Enterprise" at the 2024 Leading China Renewable Energy Awards.
Zhixin Power Company has achieved new breakthroughs in high-energy-consumption industries (including electrolytic aluminum, electronic materials, and chemical engineering), establishing a "High-Efficiency, Fast-Track, Cost-Effective" distributed energy delivery platform. Over the past three years, the company has undertaken 123 new energy projects, 90 large-scale industrial power services, and 110 consulting and design services. Despite sudden policy changes, it successfully completed 10 projects under the PV 430 project with high quality and efficiency, achieving full-capacity grid connection exceeding 75 MW. Additionally, the company completed the first-phase delivery of its inaugural overseas distributed PV project (11 MW), reached annual milestones of securing new orders exceeding RMB 250 million and consulting business exceeding RMB 20 million, and was selected as one of the Top 100 Emerging Enterprises in "The 2nd Edition of Guangzhou Top 100 Emerging Enterprises Cultivation Program".
Yunhui Energy Company has expanded beyond its traditional business in solar-storage-charging systems to actively explore new areas such as independent energy storage and zero-carbon parks. The company has secured a cumulative total of 43 EPC contracts for integrated energy projects, with orders exceeding RMB 100 million. It has achieved diversified growth across multiple sectors, completing 45 MW of distributed PV installations, 18 MWh of commercial and industrial energy storage systems, 2 comprehensive energy retrofit projects integrating "solar-storage-charging with cooling and heating" in industrial parks, and 1 smart watershed management project. Additionally, the company has made breakthroughs in key industries by implementing high-standard projects in demanding scenarios such as power plants and water treatment facilities, establishing benchmark projects like the Jiaming Power Plant and the Baiyun Liangtian Grain Depot.
In the materials and material applications business segment, production, technology, and market expansion progressed in parallel, delivering significant results.
Nanjing Electric Technology Group was honored with the title of "2024 Advanced Unit" in Insulator Standardization Work in the power industry and was elected as the vice-chairperson unit of the Nanjing "Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Consortium". Its subsidiary insulator company was recognized as a provincial-level green factory in Jiangsu Province and a Nanjing Engineering Research Center. The domestically developed intelligent assembly line project has officially commenced construction, the UHV and EHV product high-end intelligent industrialization project successfully achieved ignition, and the new winding workshop of the advanced materials company has been smoothly put into operation.
Mingxing Cable Company has secured multiple power cable and overhead insulated conductor projects with SGCC across North China, East China, and Central China regions, as well as several power cable, low-voltage wire, and control cable projects for CSG. The company was also honored with the title of Advanced-Level Smart Factory in Guangdong Province.
Jiayun New Materials Company has filed over 100 patents and obtained 13 newly authorized patents. The company launched the world's first aerogel insulation product for new energy batteries, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1,300°C. Its needled felt aerogel product has passed the national standard type inspection. Additionally, the company secured first place in the startup category of the Jiangsu Province "Future Industry Competition" and won the top prize in the "Chuyun Cup" Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition
In the new services business segment, both the platform and ecosystem have advanced with remarkable achievements.
BPG Incubator has been recognized as a Guangdong Province Sci-Tech Popularization & Legal Public Welfare Station. It has also been accredited as an Innovation Service Station under the Science and Innovation Guangdong initiative, rated Grade A in the Guangzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Demonstration Base evaluation, designated as a Guangzhou Service Station for Private and SMEs, and honored with the "Service Quality Award" as part of the Special Contribution Awards commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Guangzhou Private Science and Technology Park.
BPG Talent Development Company, in collaboration with South China University of Technology, facilitated the inclusion of the BPG's case study into the China Management Case-Sharing Center Case Library. It has been recognized as a Corporate Case Base by the China Management Case-Sharing Center and selected as a Featured Study Tour Product in Guangdong Province.

As we stand at the historic turning point between the successful conclusion of China’s 14th Five-Year Plan and the imminent launch of the 15th Five-Year Plan, BPG remains steadfast in our strategic direction.
