From November 12 to 13, 2024, a delegation led by Mr. Shen Qirong, Deputy General Manager of BPG and General Manager of Nanjing Electric, conducted a business return visit to Mitsubishi Electric Corporation in Japan. The delegation also included Mr. Chen Xiongqing, Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Electric and General Manager of Nanjing Electric High-Voltage Bushing Company; Ms. Yu Wenwen, General Manager of Nanjing Electric International Trading Company; and Ms. Wang Junping, Director of the Comprehensive Management Department.

During the visit, the delegation toured the Itami and Akō factories. Both parties engaged in in-depth and extensive discussions on bushing projects and comprehensive future cooperation, clarifying the direction for their collaborative efforts going forward.
Since the establishment of the partnership between both parties in 2019, Nanjing Electric, a subsidiary of BPG, has supplied Mitsubishi Electric with oil-impregnated paper and dry-type bushings rated for voltages up to 800 kV. These products have been highly praised by Mitsubishi Electric, fostering a strong relationship of trust and mutual goodwill between the two companies.

Longstanding History of Collaboration with Japanese Partners
BPG and its subsidiaries have a long-standing history of collaboration with Japanese enterprises. As early as 1998, BPG established initial cooperative relationships with relevant Japanese companies through product and technology introductions. Since 2002, it has successively established four joint ventures with Japanese corporations such as Toshiba and Mitsubishi. Over more than two decades of in-depth cooperation, BPG has accumulated extensive international collaboration experience, laying a solid foundation for actively expanding its overseas markets.

Accelerating the Expansion into International Markets
In recent years, leveraging over four decades of expertise in electrical equipment integration and the advantages of its industrial chain resources, BPG has steadily expanded its presence overseas. Along with its subsidiaries and affiliated enterprises, BPG has successfully exported a range of core products—including insulators, high-voltage bushings, surge arresters, circuit breakers, disconnectors, switchgears, transformers, power capacitors, and power electronic devices—to countries such as Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, India, and Canada. Through international collaboration, BPG has not only enhanced its technological capabilities and product quality but also strengthened its market competitiveness and influence. These efforts have contributed significantly to the global transition toward low-carbon energy and sustainable development in the power sector.

Strengthening the Compliance System
As globalization accelerates, the expansion of Chinese products, enterprises, and brands into international markets has become an inevitable trend. While speeding up its internationalization efforts, BPG also places great emphasis on compliance management for its overseas operations. BPG is building a cross-border compliance system by focusing on four key areas: human resources risk control, financial risk control, end-to-end order process risk control, and strengthened compliance management. This system supports high-quality project delivery and ensures the company's steady and sustainable long-term development.

Amid the ongoing global energy transition, the renewable energy sector is embracing unprecedented development opportunities. As a leading enterprise in China's power energy equipment manufacturing industry, BPG will seize these opportunities by continuously strengthening international technological exchanges and market collaboration. BPG is committed to fostering mutually beneficial and win-win international partnerships, contributing to the optimization of the global energy structure and advancing the green, low-carbon transformation of energy with BPG's expertise and solutions.
