RIP DRY-TYPE BUSHINGS

Overview

Resin-impregnated paper dry-type bushings feature a resin-impregnated paper capacitor packet as the primary insulation. The capacitor packet is formed by alternately winding insulating paper and aluminum foil around a conductive tube or rod according to design specifications, followed by vacuum impregnation with epoxy resin compound and high-temperature solidification.

The capacitor packet is hermetically assembled with porcelain shells or composite hollow insulators through connection flanges to complete the bushing. This structure enables truly oil-free operation and provides significant advantages over oil-impregnated paper capacitor bushings.

Since its invention in 1960, this technology has been widely adopted across Europe, America, and Japan. Our company has introduced experienced technical talents and German fully automated manufacturing equipment, achieving full product series coverage.
