Resin-impregnated paper dry-type bushings feature a resin-impregnated paper capacitor packet as the primary insulation. This packet is formed by alternately winding insulating paper and aluminum foil around a conductive tube (rod) according to design specifications, followed by vacuum impregnation with epoxy resin compound and high-temperature solidification. The capacitor packet is hermetically assembled with porcelain shells (or composite hollow insulators) via connection flanges to complete the bushing. This design achieves truly oil-free operation, and since its invention in 1960, has been widely adopted across Europe, America, and Japan due to its incomparable advantages over oil-impregnated paper capacitor bushings. Our company has comprehensively introduced experienced technical talents and German fully-automated manufacturing equipment, achieving full product series coverage.
