Overview

The Smart Control Module (SCM) is designed for reliable load control, real-time circuit monitoring, and flexible deployment in intelligent power distribution and industrial control applications. Supporting 50A / 440VAC loads and 3HP motor control per single circuit, it integrates high-precision current sampling, fault reporting, programmable logic, and industrial-grade safety features.

Control and communication functions include RS-485 communication, PowerBus communication, timed control, manual control, multi-mode control, and embedded programmable logic.

Key features include 50A / 440VAC load support, 3HP motor control per circuit, built-in high-precision CT, anti-saturation current detection, 10mA-level current sampling, real-time circuit monitoring, fault reporting, staggered load activation, surge prevention, and self-diagnosis.

Protection and installation features include three-stage overcurrent protection, power-off data retention, auto-reset functionality, flame-retardant PVC housing, standard snap-on installation, industrial-grade safety, and flexible deployment.
