Through decades of experience accumulation, technological transformation, and independent innovation, the product quality and technical level of our glass insulators have reached internationally advanced standards. The comprehensive technical performance of our high-tonnage series and anti-icing flashover AC/DC series products has achieved global leadership.
With an annual production capacity of 12 million tempered glass insulator units, our company has become the world’s largest manufacturing base for tempered glass insulators. The products have been deployed in over 280 domestic and international 500kV extra-high-voltage transmission lines.
Our glass insulators demonstrate the highest application volume in ultra-high-voltage AC/DC transmission projects globally within the industry. The products are exported to over 100 countries and regions worldwide, with cumulative sales exceeding 100 million units.
The glass insulators are categorized into AC and DC types, with mechanical strength ratings spanning 40kN to 1000kN. Based on shed configuration, they are classified into standard type, anti-fouling type, aerodynamic type, double-shed type, and triple-shed type.
