Oil-impregnated paper bushings are manufactured by alternately winding insulating paper and aluminum foil around a conductive tube according to design specifications to form a capacitor packet, which is then housed within upper and lower porcelain shells (or composite hollow insulators) connected via a coupling flange. They were followed by vacuum-impregnation with transformer oil for insulation. Since producing China's first oil-impregnated paper capacitor bushing in 1958, our company has focused on technology introduction, mastering international manufacturing processes for oil-paper insulation products.
