DC LINK CAPACITOR
Overview
The ZZMJ DC Link Capacitor is widely used in power electronic circuits for photovoltaic inverters, high-voltage frequency converters, electric locomotives, electric vehicles, SVG, APF, and other systems. It provides filtering, energy storage, and protection functions by smoothing rectifier output voltage and absorbing high-amplitude ripple currents from DC busbars.
Core functions include filtering, energy storage, circuit protection, rectifier output voltage smoothing, and DC busbar ripple current absorption.
Key features include self-healing insulation, high ripple current withstand capability, high peak current withstand capability, non-polarized design, and long-term reverse voltage pulse endurance.
Electrical performance features include small dielectric loss, low equivalent series resistance, low ESR, low internal temperature rise, and stable temperature characteristics.
Structural features include non-inductive winding, low internal inductance, low ESL, fast charge and discharge performance, and service life over 100,000 hours.
