RIF DRY-TYPE BUSHINGS
Overview
Resin-impregnated fiber dry-type bushings utilize a resin-impregnated fiber capacitor packet as the primary insulation. The capacitor packet is manufactured by winding high-insulation glass fibers, pre-impregnated with ultra-low-viscosity heat-resistant epoxy resin, in a geodesic pattern through computer-controlled winding equipment to form cross-laminated insulation layers.
Semiconductor conformal material forms the capacitor screens, with insulation layers and capacitor screens alternately wound in spaced configurations before high-temperature curing to form a pure solid capacitor packet.
The connection flange is fabricated from high-strength aluminum alloy and integrally bonded with the condenser core. Silicone rubber weather sheds are injection-molded and adhesively bonded onto the condenser core surface, forming an integrated structure with the core.
Since its invention by our company in 2001, this product has earned recognition from extensive users for its compact size, lightweight construction, maintenance-free operation, high mechanical strength, and reliable operational safety, with steadily increasing market penetration.
