The Intelligent Operation Box consists of a coupler, manual control boxes, and a junction box. 

The coupler acts as a data exchange hub between the manual control box and the PLC. It connects to the manual control box via CAN bus and communicates with the PLC using protocols such as Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, or MODBUS-TCP. It forwards control commands from the manual control box to the PLC for execution, or transmits status information of controlled equipment collected by the PLC to the corresponding manual control box. 

The manual operation box comes in two types: two-position and three-position. The two-position control box is used to control standard fans, featuring a "Local/Remote" two-position selector switch, a start button (with indicator light), a stop button (with indicator light), and a fault indicator light. The three-position control box is designed for dual-speed fan control and is further divided into two variants: high-low speed control boxes and forward-reverse control boxes. 

The junction box functions as a CAN bus connector, primarily used to integrate manual control boxes or couplers into the CAN bus network.
